Each product is handmade to order and will have slight variations in size, form and texture meaning each piece will be unique.  I hope you will enjoy your purchase for many years to come.

Here are some tips to help your jewellery keep its finish for longer.

Always store jewellery in an airtight box, away from light and damp conditions. When wearing, always put the jewellery on last after any beauty products and keep away from harsh chemicals. Also, remember to remove jewellery before taking part in any practical activities.

All matt and textured metal will eventually become shinier and smoother with wear. Silver will also tarnish over time and require cleaning. This can be done by either using a soft dry cloth, polishing cloth or using silver dip cleaner. For this, always follow manufacturers instructions.

Oxidized finish jewellery will eventually wear and reveal the silver underneath giving a nice ‘antiqued’ look and gold vermeil (which is 18ct gold plated silver)  finishes may require re plating after time.

STONES

Stones should be checked occasionally for movement and any erosion of the setting. Elizabeth Chamberlain cannot be held responsible for the loss of stones after purchase.

Diamonds are hard stones and do not scratch easily. If they require cleaning, you can do so with a soft toothbrush, liquid soap and warm water.

Softer stones may scratch more easily with wear so please take extra care with these. They may not be suitable for everyday wear.
